ABOUT BENDAFLEX PVC PRODUCTS

 

Poly-vinyl chloride (PVC) is commonly used in modern household plumbing. Some schools use PVC goal posts on the football field and even the "vinyl" siding on houses is made of PVC.

 

Your Bendaflex® PVC custom design is engraved in metal creating a steel die, then transferred to a silicon mold before mass production. The recessed areas of the silicon mold are hand-injected with rubberized and flexible pantone® color PVC paste, one color at a time using syringes. It is then baked at a high temperature. The PVC colors do not touch or run together except at the base material, a solid PVC color.

 

Any excess material is removed using small scissors.

 

PVC is measured by using the longest length, whether that is horizontal or vertical. Most designs use a 2-D or flat impression, but the molding can be dramatically raised and curved, adding more material and having a 3-D presentation. Glow-in-the-dark material, screen-printing and a wide range of attachments

can be included.

 

PVC is widely used on consumer products such as shoes, bags and hats. Premiums and giveaways include key tags, lapel pins, zipper pulls and labels.
